A meeting with a customer

A sales manager talks to a colleague about a recent meeting with a customer.

Select the best option from those shown.

A
How did the meeting go this morning?

B
Well. We spent most of the time talking through the pros and of their switching to the new product range.

A
OK, and did you talk about the production delays?

B
No, I forgot to that.

One thing we did discuss, though, was the volume discount. We might need to increase this on orders of over 1,000 units if we want to keep our pricing competitive. I need to back to them on that. I said I'd take a look at the options and with an update on Monday.

A
Did you have to discuss the possibility of a factory visit?

B
No, we didn't have time to everything I wanted to discuss in the meeting. I wish I'd reserved more time for the meeting.
